The study covered 14 categories, from faucets to laundry appliances, dishwashers, vacuums, televisions, paints and computers.
Andersen finished No. 1 in the window category, based on responses from 7,618 people actively shopping for windows. Rounding out the top 5 were, in order, Pella, American Craftsman, Weather Shield and Milgard.
Other window brands in the study included Champion, JELD-WEN and Marvin.
