BAYPORT, Minn. (April 2012) — No more rifling through brochures, scrambling for a 3-ring binder, or waiting for documents to load on your computer. Andersen Windows introduces an iPad® application that keeps the latest window and door information at your fingertips.
“The Andersen iPad app is our newest measure in providing quick and convenient access to Andersen® window and door materials, as well as the latest product trends,” said Mary Witzel, marketing manager at Andersen Windows. “If you’re an architect interested in instant data, a window installer wanting training materials, or a builder, remodeler or replacement contractor working with a homeowner on window and door choices, the app is an ideal, on-demand tool about Andersen windows and doors.”
The “Presenting Andersen® Products” iPad app makes information easy to find on the app or the web with the most up-to-date links to the latest product guides, sizing calculators and warranty information. For A-Series, Eagle®, 400/200 Series and 100 Series product lines, you’ll find:
Tools for Replacement
Training and Reference Material
Additionally, you can access general information about Andersen and corporate policies like environmental goals and progress. Most of the information is contained within the application, so no waiting for videos to buffer or documents to load. Documents and links can be emailed directly from the app, making “leave behinds” for the client easier to reference and less likely to be misplaced.
The Andersen app is formatted for the iPad and available free of charge in the iTunes App Store.
