Jay R. Lund
Chairman, President and CEO
During his nearly 30 years with Andersen, Jay Lund’s experience spans positions in IT, marketing, sales, distribution, logistics and general management. He is chair of the company’s Board of Directors and a member of its foundation board. Jay also sits on the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Policy Advisory Board and the GREATER MSP Regional Economic Development Board. He is part of the St. Olaf College Board, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
David N. Beeken
President, Silver Line Division
Before being named president of the Silver Line Division, Dave served as the senior vice president of Doors and Accessories for the Andersen Division. His 35-year career in the window and door industry began when he joined Eagle Window and Door in 1977. He became the President of Eagle in 1999. Dave assumed responsibility for the KML operations in 2007. He is past chairman of the Window and Door Manufacturer’s Association.
Alan E. Bernick
Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Alan Bernick is responsible for setting legal policies, managing legal affairs and the real estate area. He joined Andersen in 2000 as general counsel and was named vice president and Corporate Secretary in 2002. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with highest distinction, from the University of Minnesota’s College of Business Administration and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota’s Law School.
Holly M. Boehne
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer Holly Boehne is responsible for overseeing engineering, operations, product and development, and Supply Chain Services. She is a member of the Minnesota Children’s Museum board of directors. Holly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
President, Renewal by Andersen
Paul Delahunt has responsibility for Renewal by Andersen’s manufacturing operations, sales and marketing functions, and management of the company-owned retail operations. Previously, he was general manager of Renewal by Andersen’s company-owned retail operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois and an M.A. degree from the University of Michigan. He has his M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago.
Philip E. Donaldson
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Phil has responsibility for finance, IT, new business development, strategic planning, quality and Sustainability. During his 15 years with the company, he has had various positions within Marketing and Finance. Phil is on the Board of Directors of Andersen Corporation. Phil currently serves as treasurer for the Andersen Corporate Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and communication from Northwestern University. Phil received his M.B.A. in finance and marketing from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Stephen S. Mog
Vice President and General Manager, The Home Depot Group
Steve Mog has overall responsibility for driving development of an integrated business unit dedicated to serving The Home Depot business. Steve began his career with Andersen in 2001 and was named vice president in 2003. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing from Colorado State University.
Jerry E. Redmond
President, Andersen Division
Jerry Redmond has overall responsibility for the Andersen Division, the company’s largest business. He joined Andersen in 2007 and was named president in 2013. He is a member of the board of directors for Region’s Hospital and the Andersen Corporate Foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering at Mississippi State University and holds his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Karen Richard is responsible for Safety, Environmental, Security, Communications, Community Relations, Code and Regulatory Affairs, and Human Resources. Karen joined Andersen in 2014, after spending the majority of her career at Select Comfort, most recently as their CHRO and senior vice president of Human Capital. Karen serves on the board of Make A Wish Minnesota. A certified public accountant, she earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from the College of St. Benedict, and her Executive M.B.A. from the University of Saint Thomas.
