Jay R. Lund
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
During his nearly 30 years with Andersen, Jay’s experience spans positions in IT, marketing, sales, distribution, logistics and general management. He is Chair of the company’s Board of Directors and is on the Board of the Andersen Corporate Foundation. Jay also sits on the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Policy Advisory Board, the GREATER MSP Regional Economic Development Board, the Schwan’s Food Company Board, the Minnesota Wild Foundation Board and the St. Olaf College Board, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
Alan E. Bernick
Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Alan Bernick is responsible for setting legal policies, managing legal affairs and the real estate area. He joined Andersen in 2000 as general counsel and was named vice president and Corporate Secretary in 2002. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with highest distinction, from the University of Minnesota’s College of Business Administration and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota’s Law School.
Holly M. Boehne
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer Holly Boehne is responsible for overseeing engineering, operations, product and development, and Supply Chain Services. She is a member of the Minnesota Children’s Museum board of directors. Holly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
President, Renewal by Andersen
Paul Delahunt has responsibility for Renewal by Andersen’s manufacturing operations, sales and marketing functions, and management of the company-owned retail operations. Previously, he was general manager of Renewal by Andersen’s company-owned retail operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois and an M.A. degree from the University of Michigan. He has his M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago.
Philip E. Donaldson
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Phil is responsible for finance, information technology, code & regulatory affairs, strategic planning and business development for the enterprise. Phil is on the Board of Directors of Andersen Corporation. He also serves as a director and treasurer of the Andersen Corporate Foundation, as chairman of the Lakeview Health System in Stillwater, Minnesota, as a member of the Health Partners Regional Coordinating Board, and as vice chairman and treasurer of the Window and Door Manufacturers Association. Phil joined Andersen in 1999 and was named Chief Financial Officer in January 2004. Prior to joining Andersen, Phil spent 16 years at Armstrong World Industries, Inc. in a variety of management roles. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Stephen S. Mog
Vice President and General Manager, The Home Depot Group
Steve Mog has overall responsibility for driving development of an integrated business unit dedicated to serving The Home Depot business. Steve began his career with Andersen in 2001 and was named vice president in 2003. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing from Colorado State University.
Jerry E. Redmond
President, Andersen Division
Jerry Redmond has overall responsibility for the Andersen Division, the company’s largest business. He joined Andersen in 2007 and was named president in 2013. He is a member of the board of directors for Region’s Hospital and the Andersen Corporate Foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering at Mississippi State University and holds his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Karen Richard is responsible for Human Resources, Sustainability and Environmental, Facilities and Security, Communications and Community Relations. Karen serves on the board of directors for the Andersen Corporate Foundation and the Greater Twin Cities United Way (GTCUW). She is also a member of the Finance and Human Resources Committee for GTCUW and is the former Chair of the Board for St. David’s Center, a child development and community services organization in Minnetonka. Karen joined Andersen in 2014, after spending the majority of her career at Select Comfort, most recently as their CHRO and senior vice president of Human Capital. A certified public accountant, she earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from the College of St. Benedict, and her Executive M.B.A. from the University of Saint Thomas.
