The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) at Andersen is a rotational program where participants spend time in different groups, learning the many elements of our Operations department while also developing their leadership skills.
On July 26, 11 members of our OLDP program volunteered for the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity’s A Brush with Kindness program. The experience was an opportunity to give back to the community and to get to know one another better. Employees spent the day painting the exterior of a house, freshening up window trim and cleaning the exterior of the garage.
“This was a great way to create a fun event while OLDP members from across the enterprise were in town together,” said Dan Durch, Engineering Lead/Supervisor at our Bayport window plant. “A Brush with Kindness is a great opportunity for the OLDP to give back to our community and make an immediate home improvement that the homeowner is so excited about!”
